Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2–5 working days
  • Other Urban Areas: 3–7 working days
  • Villages & Remote Areas: 4–9 working days

Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, extreme weather or courier delays, but we always try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight.
  • Free Shipping: May be offered during special promotions and will be clearly mentioned on the website and at checkout when applicable.

Please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery to make the process smooth and quick for you and the rider.

Incorrect Address / Phone Number

If the address or phone number provided is incorrect, incomplete or unreachable:

  • Delivery may be delayed
  • The order may be returned to us by the courier
  • The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A courier tracking link (where available)
  • An estimated delivery window

You can use the tracking details to follow your parcel’s movement until it arrives at your doorstep.

Damaged or Opened Parcel on Arrival

Please check the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the parcel appears to be opened, damaged, wet, or tampered with, please do not accept it. Instead, take clear photos and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
