Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available nationwide. Customers who prefer advance payment may also receive special discounts or free delivery during promotions.

How long does delivery take?

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Urban Areas: 3–5 working days
  • Villages & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Restocks depend on market and fabric availability. Popular designs sell out very quickly during peak seasons.

Do you offer stitching?

At the moment, we offer unstitched fabric only. This allows us to keep quality high and prices affordable. Stitching services may be added later.

Are embroidered suits delicate?

Yes. Embroidered and heavily embellished suits require gentle care. Please refer to our Care Instructions page for washing and ironing guidelines.

Exchanges, Damaged Parcels & Mistakes

Can I exchange a suit?

Yes — unused, unstitched products can be exchanged within 7 days. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If a wrong item is delivered, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos. We will quickly arrange an exchange or replacement.

What if the parcel is damaged or opened?

If your parcel appears opened, wet, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately so we can assist you.
